Nature Save Business Solutions – SMC Ltd is a Ugandan company that manufactures clean cooking stoves which uses volcanic rocks that are reusable as a retainer and the stove is supplied with solar systems as a package that has the capability to heavily reduce the expenses on energy for cooking by at most 80%. Nature Save Business Solutions – SMC Ltd provides energy services as a package solution meeting most of the energy needs of off the grid domestic and institutional users. Our package include solar systems (Solar panels, solar battery, lights, volcanic rocks, cook stoves and other accessories) modelled to fit various consumer segments. Over the last three years, the company has supplied several nature save stoves among the communities of Uganda and built various institutional stoves to a number of institutions including:

UNIQUENESS AND USEFULNESS
Nature stoves are manufactured in various sizes for customer cooking preferences and include among others single and double stoves for domestic purposes, single and double stoves for commercial use and inbuilt stoves to meet domestic, commercial and institutional requirements. All our products run on the same principle where the solar panel charges the battery which in turn provide the energy that runs the blowing system to facilitate the cooking. The only difference is in the size of the components used which depends on the type of stove purchased or installed in case of inbuilt stove.

THE PRODUCTS: UNIQUENESS AND USEFULNESS
Nature stove package is unique because of its ability to provide to the user various benefits which include; cooking and lighting and it is cheaper than using a wood or charcoal stoves at as little as shs 2,250 daily. The volcanic rocks produce enough heat to cook and are reusable for a period ranging from 6 to 1 year depending on the use. The volcanic rooks are readily available in Uganda in such areas as Kanungu, Kisoro, Karamoja Toro and other places covered by the Rift Valley. Nature stoves are user and environmentally friendly as it uses reusable volcanic rocks that in such a way reduces deforestation. They offer a healthy benefit to many people mostly in rural areas who get directly involved in the cooking as they do not emit smoke that is inhaled in the processing of cooking. Further they operate on simple technology that provide room for the users to carry out minor repairs in case there is need and they are economically viable as they provide extra benefits of lighting.
