All cook stoves are constructed/manufactured with fire resistant materials, using volcanic rocks and solar as primary fuels. The nature save stove supplied come complete with reusable volcanic rocks, a solar system that makes able to run even during the cloud cover. The nature save stove shall consist of solar system with 2 LED lights.

The company basically markets three types of cook stoves namely domestic, commercial and instructional. Domestic and commercial cook stoves are portable cook stoves that gives them the flexibility to be used anywhere provided the battery is charged. The required heat can be controlled by a dimmer which is one of the external components attached to the cook stove.

The biggest population of Uganda has high dependence on use of un-clean fuels including charcoal and firewood. This has increased deforestation with prized trees like the sheanut trees, gum-arabic acacia trees and other hard wood trees being cut down for charcoal and firewood.  The market in Uganda alone for solar cook stove is wide. It is characterized with the fact that 80% of the population lack access to electricity (UBOS 2014) and 94% of households use firewood or charcoal and kerosene as a lighting solution (UBOS 2014). This therefore implies that over 80% of Uganda’s population is desirous of acquiring an efficient, cost effective and user friendly cooking solution. In addition, the government demonstrated its commitment through the enactment of the Uganda Renewable Energy Policy of 2007 that sets the target to increase the use of modern

renewable energy and this offers favourable political conditions for the products.
